Privacy Policy

Samantha Translate processes microphone audio in real time to provide speech translation. We do not store audio recordings, speech transcripts, or translation history on our servers.

We use Apple StoreKit subscription data only to verify whether your free trial or subscription is active. We use Supabase to issue short-lived OpenAI Realtime access tokens and to keep operational subscription status records.

OpenAI processes audio only to provide the translation service requested by the user. Your standard OpenAI API key is never included in the iOS app; server-side secrets are stored only in Supabase environment secrets.

Terms

Samantha Translate is offered as an auto-renewable weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the subscription renews at $4.99 per week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Billing is handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Translation quality may vary based on network conditions, microphone quality, background noise, and language pair.
